Captain Jack Sparrow is a fictional character and the primary protagonist of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" film series, portrayed by Johnny Depp. He first appears in the film Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), and later reappears in the sequels Dead Man's Chest (2006), At World's End (2007), On Stranger Tides (2011) and The Legend of Jack Sparrow (2011).
